- 1 kaleng besar (2 kaleng kecil ) Sarden Saus Tomat atau Pedas Pronas
- 150 gr santan kental
- 1-2 sdm minyak untuk menumis
- 6 bh belimbing wuluh, iris tipis
- 7 bh rawit merah biarkan utuh
- Bumbu Halus : 2 siung bawang putih, 3 siung bawang merah, ½ rj kunyit, ½ rj jahe, 1 sdt ketumbar bubuk, ½ rj lengkuas

Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
Masukan Sarden Saus Tomat atau Pedas Pronas.
Tambahkan belimbing wuluh dan cabai rawit. Sesaat akan diangkat tuangkan santan.
Angkat, sajikan selagi hangat.
